RETURNS:

Our Raw Hair and Mink lashes are FINAL SALE due to federal health and sanitation laws. All electric accessories are tested during the processing phase to ensure the product works. We stand by the quality in our product so the chances of receiving an defective items is very unlikely. If you may notice your product has been defected please contact customer service IMMEDIATELY within 3 days of receiving the product via email at ShopRichLash@yahoo.com. One of our Rich Team members will follow up with in 24 hours of your request. All exchanges MUST be approved through one of our Rich Team members. Any item that may be considered for exchange cannot be open, worn, cut, combed, bundles may not be taken down, tried on or used. Item must be in original packaging not tampered with. We are not responsible for shipping on a approved exchange item. We also require a tracking number for all approved exchanged items. We reserve the Right to refuse any exchange.

SHIPPING:

We us USPS Priority and/ or First Class which takes approximately 2-3 business days. 

Due to our Rich Tresses being Raw and Unprocessed Please allow 5-7 business days for processing all HAIR orders as our frontals and closure are handmade and all bundles are co-washed and air-dried. Once processing is completed all 2-3 days to receive merchandise.
